With 13 solicitors, supported by accredited trainees and paralegals, our immigration department is large enough to have a national reputation for expertise, yet small enough to ensure that every client receives a personal service.

Our solicitors specialise in all aspects of personal immigration work. All our solicitors have passed the specialist Immigration Accreditation Examinations that were introduced in 2004. Only 7 lawyers nationwide have reached the highest level (level 3) of the immigration scheme. 3 of them work at Wilson & Co.

We offer competitive private fee rates. We are accredited as a quality firm by the Legal Services Commission and Legal Aid is available (subject to eligibility). As well as our usual rates, we can offer fixed fees for standard applications. We also offer an initial one-hour fixed fee diagnostic appointment, with no further obligation.
